Requires read scope.

Needs a member's token and the editor role. Meters as AI usage against the space credit measure. Returns the run as soon as it is queued; read its progress from the run nodes the space sync carries, and the comparison from the read route once it completes. Refused with 409 when the deal review is switched off (feature_off) or a run for the same version is in flight, and when the plan does not permit it.
