Prices shown are in USD and are exclusive of any applicable sales taxes such as VAT. Subscriptions to paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless duly terminated, at which point we’ll charge the credit card in your account.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do you offer a free trial?

    Yes, new users get a 14 day trial of the Business plan when creating their first space. Contact us to request a longer trial :)

  • How do subscriptions work?

    Estii subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (either monthly or yearly), and apply to a single space. They also adjust automatically when you add or remove members in your space. Adjustments are always pro-rated so you only pay for the time used by your members.

  • What happens if I add members to a space?

    If you’re on a monthly plan, you will be charged for the the prorated amount on your next monthly billing cycle. If you’re on an annual plan, you’ll be charged at the next monthly checkpoint for the year counting from the purchase date. Changes to the annual plan will be charged once per month max — so if you add multiple members (or excess guests) throughout the month you will only be charged for changes once during the monthly checkpoint.

  • Do I need a paid plan to invite other members?

    Yes, to collaborate with other users requires a paid plan

  • Do you have monthly and yearly billing options?

    Yes, you can pay either monthly or yearly. If you choose to purchase an annual plan, you’ll receive a discounted price. Enterprise is only available yearly.

  • Is there a time limit on the free Starter plan?

    No — you can use the Starter plan for as long as you want.

  • What are guest users?

    Guests are read-only members. You are entitled to 5 free guests for the first paid seat, plus 2 per additional paid seat (so 5 for Teams, 13 for Business, 23 for Enterprise). If you exceed your current guest-to-seat ratio, you may be automatically billed for an additional member seat.

  • What happens if I remove members from a space?

    When you remove members (or excess guests), any unused time that's been paid for will be credited to your account. This credit will be applied to future invoices before charging your credit card.

  • What is included in onboarding support?

    We offer up to 8 hours of free onboarding support when you sign up for an annual business or enterprise plan. That time can be used to help migrate your rate cards and catalogues, and rebuild one of your existing deals in the platform.
