Never used to train anything. No training, no sharing, no human review.
Read it all without an account.See the whole deal: budget, phases, timeline and commercial review. An email is only needed if you want to keep it.
Client names aren't needed.Estii reads structure and numbers. Names, logos and people add nothing to the result, so remove them if you’d rather.
What anonymising does not do.Removing names won’t disguise a distinctive deal to someone who already knows it. Use an approved tool if your company requires one.
Want to anonymise it first?

Paste this into an assistant your company already approves, with your file attached. It removes identifying details while leaving the commercial structure and numbers intact. Nothing runs through Estii.

I'm going to give you a commercial proposal, estimate or statement of work. Do two things: tell me what it contains, and give me back an anonymised copy I can share outside my company.

PART 1 - what the document contains

For each of these, say found, partly found, or not found, with a short note:
  - scope: named line items, tasks or deliverables
  - effort: hours or days against those items
  - roles: who does the work, by role or seniority
  - sell rates or prices
  - internal cost or cost rates
  - dates, durations, phases or any sequencing
  - currency, and whether effort is in hours or days
  - discounts, contingency, fixed fees or other commercial adjustments
  - risk, priority or workstream language attached to items

Then one short paragraph: what could not be worked out from this document, and the single biggest thing missing. Be blunt. If there are no costs, say margin cannot be calculated. If there are no dates, say there is no timeline.

PART 2 - the anonymised copy

Give it back in the same file format I gave you. If I gave you a spreadsheet and you can run code, edit the workbook and return the .xlsx itself. If you cannot produce a file, output one CSV block per sheet with the same columns and the same number of rows. If I gave you a document or PDF, output markdown.

Reproduce it in full. Every line item, row, phase, task, assumption and note, in the original order. Do not summarise, merge, drop or reword anything except the identifying details below.

If you are editing a spreadsheet: change the text of text cells only. Never write to a numeric cell, never alter a formula, and never rebuild the workbook from scratch. Totals must still tie exactly.

Replace consistently, everywhere it appears:
  - the client's name, its subsidiaries, brands and internal system names -> "Client"
  - my company, its trading names, and any partners or subcontractors -> "Supplier", "Partner A", "Partner B"
  - every person's name -> their role ("Delivery Lead", "Consultant A"). Remove email addresses, phone numbers, signature blocks and bios.
  - project codenames -> "Project One"
  - addresses, office and site names, locations -> the country, or "Site A", "Site B"
  - URLs, domains, document links, file paths and file names
  - quote, contract, PO, ticket and opportunity numbers -> "REF-001", numbered in order
  - named past clients, case studies and testimonials -> drop the name, keep the shape ("a similar client in the same sector")

Treat every proper noun as identifying unless it is a widely known third-party product, platform or standard (AWS, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, ISO 27001 and so on). Keep those exactly as written. If you cannot tell whether a name is a real product or an internal name, leave it in and list it in Part 3.

Change nothing quantitative. Every hour, day, quantity, rate, price, discount, margin, currency and duration stays exactly as it is. Keep role titles, seniority levels, phase and workstream names, delivery approach and technology stack. Those carry no identity and the analysis depends on them.

Rewrite any sentence that identifies the client without naming it: headcount, store or site counts, named regulators, revenue used as context, unique events, "the only X in Y". Use the generic version ("a mid-sized retailer", "multiple sites").

Delete, do not just hide or unhide:
  - hidden sheets, hidden rows and hidden columns
  - cell comments and notes
  - tracked changes, revision history and review comments
  - headers, footers, watermarks and classification or sensitivity labels
  - author, company, last-modified-by and version blocks
  - defined names and saved filters that carry a client or person name

PART 3 - a review, for me only, that I will not upload

  - the replacement table, original to replacement, so I can read results back
  - anything you were unsure about and left in
  - anything still in the document that could identify the client to someone who already knows the deal
The same file, readable before you send it. A spreadsheet comes back as a spreadsheet, with every total still tying. You can open it and check it yourself.
A check of what Estii can work with. See whether scope, effort, roles, rates, costs and dates are there before you upload.
A record of what changed, kept for you. See what was replaced or left uncertain. Don’t upload this part.

Put a real commercial proposal through Estii.
