Enhanced duplication and templating

You now have more control over what gets copied when you duplicate a deal or save it as a template. The good news: comments are no longer duplicated by default!

Other changes and bug fixes

• Based on customer requests, we've re-added the light/dark mode toggle to the sidebar
• Your pipeline grid/list mode preference now persists throughout your session
• Admins can now edit automations and integrations
• The deal header 'updated' date now updates all the time (not just when you use the deal updater)
• Phases with a 'deal start' offset don't break when you duplicate a deal or instantiate a template
• In delivery mode, phase total now displays cost instead of price
