Export your deals to spreadsheet - with full breakdowns of tasks, estimates, resources and schedules.

You can now export the entire deal to spreadsheet - to include in your existing workflow

  • Attach to the opportunity in your CRM
  • Share with internal stakeholders for approval or validation
  • Import tasks and estimates into Jira or similar delivery platforms

Export deal to spreadsheet

The exported spreadsheet includes the following deal information:

  • Overview of deal value, status and dates
  • Tasks by phase, category and feature
  • Roles by phase and total units
  • Roles schedule (across all phases)
  • Products by phase and total units (if your deal has services or expenses)
  • Estimates by phase, feature, task and resource (i.e. everything)

The generated spreadsheet contains contains breakdowns by task, role, product, schedule and estimate

Other improvements

  • Deal now remember which phases you are on - so you can navigate back and forth without it resetting!
  • The budget and timeline slides no longer filter out phases with zero dollars (so you can create phases without any cost associated - e.g. warranty period)
  • Updated billing section with latest pricing plans

Other fixes

  • Durations are no longer rounded up to nearest month on slides (unless they are greater than 6 months)
  • Stair-stepped products now calculate correctly across all time periods
