Billing plans

IN THIS ARTICLE

Estii has three plans: Self-serve, Full service and Enterprise. Learn what each plan is for, how billing works, and how to manage your subscription

Manage your subscription

Owners can manage billing and subscription plans from Settings > Billing plans

  • Add, update or view your current billing method
  • Upgrade, downgrade or switch plans
  • View and download invoices
  • Check your usage on the Usage tab

Select a plan

  • Self-serve is all of Estii, set up and run by your own team
  • Full service gets your team pricing real deals in six weeks, with our help throughout the year
  • Enterprise is Full service for more complex business needs

Plans are not priced per user.

Trial and limited access

New spaces start with a 14-day trial of the Self-serve plan. Single sign-on, space API keys and integrations become available when your subscription starts. If you don't add billing details during the trial, an Owner chooses how to continue when it ends, and nothing is deleted.

A space without a plan has limited access: your data stays accessible and some actions still work, with up to 10 members and guests, 10 active deals and 1 deal approval a month.

Paid plans have a flat yearly price that includes your whole team. Adding or removing members and guests does not change what you pay.

You're invoiced and billed once a year, and your plan renews automatically at the end of each year.

Prices are in USD. We currently accept all major credit cards. Please let us know if you have special requirements for payments.

Charities and not-for-profits

Update billing details

Payment details are managed via our payment provider, StripePayment details are managed via our payment provider, Stripe.

Your invoices are listed under Billing details. Click an invoice to open it.

Cancel or downgrade plan

The workspace owner is the only member who can downgrade or cancel a subscription. To cancel a subscription:

  1. Click on Settings in the main nav
  2. Select Billing Plans
  3. Go to the Compare plans section
  4. Click Cancel on your current plan

Estii shows you what changes before you confirm.

If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of your current billing or trial period. Your space then has limited access. You can click Reactivate before then to stay on your plan.

If you downgrade from Enterprise to Self-serve, the change takes effect immediately and any unused time is prorated.

Changes when downgrading

When you move to a lower plan

  • You lose the features that plan does not include. The confirmation lists them.
  • Your limits for active deals and for members and guests drop to the lower plan's.
  • Nothing is deleted. Anything over your new limit stays but becomes read-only until you upgrade or remove it.
