What is a space?

A space is the top-level workspace for your organisation. It holds the deals, resources, rate cards, templates, members, and settings your team uses in Estii.

Create your profile

The first time you sign up or open an invite, Estii asks you to set up your user profile and either create or join a space. Your profile is shared across all spaces you belong to. Space settings stay separate.

Pipeline and forecasts

The pipeline is the central view for active, closed, archived, and template deals.

Use the pipeline to create deals, track status, review ownership, and move deals through approval, negotiation, won, lost, abandoned, and archived states.

The forecasts page turns pipeline data into capacity and revenue views, so you can see delivery demand before a deal is won.

Resources and rate cards

Resources define the costs, prices, and reusable delivery units available to estimates.

Your space contains roles, streams, products, fixed prices, and rate cards. Together they determine the cost, price, and margin of deal estimates.

Before you model a real deal, create or import the roles your team commonly sells and assign costs and prices on the default rate card.

Streams

A stream is a group of roles that usually work together on common activities or deliverables.

Assign roles to streams when you estimate the same role mix repeatedly. Streams also make it easier to review cost, price, and scope by team or deliverable.

A product is a unit-based resource for recurring services, pass-through costs, and other quantity-based estimates.
