The deal overview contains four key components

• Budget breakdown by category or phase
• Timeline overview by phase or resources
• Payment milestones
• Status and activity

Budget

The budget overview provides a breakdown of deal value by either category or phase.

Click on any item to jump to that section in the deal.

Timeline

The timeline overview provides a summary of the phase schedule and resource demands

Payment milestones

Payment milestones describe your expected payment structure based on deliverables, due dates and price. They are visualised as a waterfall chart in exported proposals

Activity and Status

The activity panel on the bottom of the overview tab provides a snapshot of the overall deal status (as mentioned above), key dates and a summary of internal and external activity.
