Deal intelligence

Every deal now comes with commercial intelligence built into its overview.

Estii reads across the scope, estimates, pricing, margin, schedule, payments and delivery plan to surface findings worth understanding before you commit. It can highlight things like cash exposure, unusual pricing, delivery assumptions, scope drift and where the deal has moved away from your commercial precedent.

It also shows what has changed between versions, separating movements in scope, rates, resources, adjustments and dates so you can understand not just that the numbers moved, but what moved underneath them.

No findings is useful too. The point isn't to find problems in every deal, it's to make the commercial signals already inside the deal easier to see.

Deal intelligence is available through the app, agents and the CLI.

Shareable deal previews

We've made it much easier to show Estii to someone who hasn't used it before.

Send them this link and they can upload a real commercial proposal, SOW or estimate. Estii turns it into a working commercial model they can explore, with scope, pricing, resourcing, scheduling and commercial intelligence. No account or sign-in required.

They get to try Estii with a deal that's actually relevant to them, rather than a demo deal.

Import visibility

Deal imports now show what came directly from your file, what Estii worked out, and any choices it made along the way.

Export to markdown

Estii generates some truly stunning commercial proposals. But sometimes you want to do your own thing. We get it.

You can now export any proposal as clean, structured Markdown, from the app or through your agent or CLI. Use it in your own proposal workflow, hand it to an agent to generate something different, or add a clean record of what was committed to the customer to your project knowledge base.
