Requirements matching

Nov 5, 2026
Match buyer requirements to your library estimates and build a first draft of your deal.
Overview
We're hearing the same thing from customers: more RFPs, more requirements, and more pressure to get to a price quickly. So we've added requirement matching to Estii.
Import your buyer's requirements, review suggested matches from your library or existing deal, and build a first draft to scope and price. Requirements stay linked to your estimates, so you can see what's covered and what needs attention.
Import requirements
Import requirements from spreadsheets, documents or RFP platform exports into their own section within a deal, alongside estimates.
The buyer's requirement text stays as imported. Your team can assess compliance, prepare responses, comment and assign team members, with direct links to each requirement.
Requirements, compliance and responses are also included in your deal workbook export.

AI suggests matching work from your library and existing deal, even when the buyer's wording differs. Preview the price impact, then accept library matches to add them with their estimates.
Estii suggests matching work from your libraryRequirement breakdowns
See scope and price totals by requirement, priority, compliance or category. Identify which requirements drive the most cost and adjust scope, including lower-priority requirements you could descope.
Break down price by requirementRequirements coverage
See which items cover each requirement and where gaps remain. Estii flags potential contradictions, such as exclusions or assumptions, while Deal intelligence checks for unmet must-haves, unsupported compliance claims and missing estimates or assessments.

What your AI can do with EstiiLibrary improvements
Review and bulk approve suggestions directly in the library. Estii updates existing items from approved deals and suggests new content for review, giving requirement matching more to work with.
Your AI can also propose library additions or updates for your team to review. Each item shows where it came from.
Within a deal, library drift now distinguishes estimate and description changes from items that have moved or been added.
