Introducing the Library

Aug 6, 2026

A major release introducing the Library, new AI-assisted workflows, and pricing plans with unlimited users.

Overview

Introducing the Library: the new home for your organisation's reusable commercial knowledge. It brings together reusable scope, project structures and deal templates, then connects them to the way teams estimate, approve and improve real deals.

Alongside the Library, this release introduces AI deal import for turning existing proposals, spreadsheets and requirements documents into structured Estii deals. It also includes an important update to Estii pricing plans: paid plans now include unlimited users, with pricing based on approved deals instead of licensed seats.

The quickest way to understand the new Library workflow is this 90-second video.

Library basics

Reusable scope, project structures and deal templates now live together in one shared Library.

The Library brings together reusable work, reusable structures and reusable deals into one place:

  • Library items are reusable pieces of scoped and priced work.
  • Phase templates define reusable project structures.
  • Deal templates capture complete reusable engagements.

Together they give every team a shared commercial foundation, while allowing each deal to evolve where it needs to.

Scope matching

AI helps find reusable scope from your requirements, so teams can start from proven work instead of a blank deal.

Add proven Library items into any deal, or use Scope matcher to match reusable content from a set of requirements. Review the suggested work, choose exactly what belongs in the deal, and where it should be added.

Library items also support estimate ranges, making it easy to choose the appropriate level of complexity each time work is reused.

The existing cross-deal search is available under the search Pipeline tab. It is also available on the library page for extracting work items.

Library advisor

AI helps Library owners identify similar work, recommend merges and keep reusable content clean.

Your best commercial knowledge shouldn't live inside completed deals.

Promote valuable work from approved deals back into the Library. Library advisor detects similar content, recommends merges and helps Library owners keep reusable knowledge clean, current and consistent.

Drift tracking

See how reused scope, estimates and pricing change as teams adapt Library content to real deals.

Every deal is different, and reusable work naturally adapts as teams adapt it to real client needs.

Track estimate and pricing drift within every deal to understand exactly how Library content has changed since it was reused.

The Library also scores every item based on its reuse, recency and stability, making it easy to identify trusted building blocks, spot content that's evolving, and focus improvement where it matters most.

Commercial assessment

AI gives approvers a commercial health check based on Library coverage, drift and deal quality.

Before approval, Estii generates a Commercial assessment based on Library coverage, commercial drift and overall commercial health so approvers can review the deal with context.

After approval, Estii analyses the deal and recommends improvements back into the Library, creating a continuous feedback loop where every approved deal helps improve future work.

AI deal import

Deal composer is Estii's AI-powered deal import workflow that turns proposals, spreadsheets and requirements documents into structured Estii deals ready to review.

Upload a proposal, spreadsheet or requirements document, and Estii extracts the key facts, organises them into phases and sections, and shapes them into a balanced deal hierarchy ready to review.

Every imported item carries attribution metadata, so you can see exactly where it came from in the source document and check the extraction against the original.

It is currently in beta. We have trained it against some horrifically complex spreadsheets, but real-world source material is messy in endlessly creative ways, so feedback is very welcome.

On the roles page, Rate Composer uses the same foundation to turn existing rate sheets into structured Estii rate cards.

Phase templates

Build reusable project structures with phases, categories, sections and items.

Phase templates have moved from the Space settings into the Library.

They now support complete phase structures, including categories, sections and items, and have been redesigned around Estii's estimating workflow so they are easier to build, reuse and maintain.

Other improvements

We've also made a number of smaller improvements, including:

  • Deal templates have moved from the Deals page into the Library.
  • Deal templates now support versioning like deals, allowing changes to be tracked and previous versions restored whenever needed.
  • Offline detection. If you lose your connection while editing a deal, you can keep working. Estii syncs your changes once you're back online, as long as no one else has edited the deal in the meantime.
  • Getting started. The onboarding experience has been overhauled with a library tour, video links and a less intrusive layout.

Estii pricing plans are changing

Paid plans now include unlimited users, with pricing based on approved deals instead of licensed seats.

We're simplifying our pricing to better reflect how teams use the platform. Commercial work now involves sales, presales, delivery, finance and operations, so we don't want collaboration limited by seat counts.

All paid plans now include unlimited users. Plans are instead based around a monthly allocation of deal approvals, which better reflects the point where scope, pricing and delivery plans become commercial commitments.

Existing customers won't lose access to any features as part of this change. We'll be reaching out individually to explain the new plans, confirm expected usage and make sure the transition is smooth.
